Welcome to our website

The Society was formed in 1893 and has been based in Edinburgh since that time.  Meetings currently take place in St. Mark's Unitarian Church Hall, at 7 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2DP, on Tuesday evenings.   Doors open from 7:00pm until 7:30pm when members may, if they wish, trade stamps and other philatelic items. Meetings start at 7:30pm and there will normally be a main display conducted by a current member or visiting speaker comprising talks, discussions and demonstrations on stamp collecting or postal history. For the current season a 'Joint Syllabus' has been prepared in conjunction with the Edinburgh Philatelic Society.

For a list of the displays in season 2019-2020 see section 'Current Syllabus'.
